How to place an order

1. Place an order on the website.

2. Our manager will contact you at the phone number specified in the order to confirm the order.

3. After confirmation, the order is processed.

Delivery

We quickly deliver goods to any location in Ukraine.

If the order is placed before 14.00, we ship the goods on the same day.

After sending the goods, the manager reports the bill of lading number to track the shipment.

Delivery by courier

Dear customers, you have the opportunity to order delivery to the address you specified.

Delivery by courier is carried out by the carrier “Nova Poshta”. The cost of delivery by courier is calculated according to the tariffs of the Novaya Poshta carrier.

Payment:

• Cash payment.
• Cashless payment (individual entrepreneur and LLC).
• Transfer to PrivatBank card. Can be done through the cash register, terminal, Privat24.
• Cash on delivery. Cash on delivery at the Nova Poshta branch for which a commission is charged in the amount of 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount.

IMPORTANT: When paying for goods by cash on delivery, the fixed delivery cost is included in the cost of the parcel and is paid together with the cost of the goods in one amount.
