Warranty Policy

Plitkom are confident in the quality of our tiling tools and offer a 12-month warranty on all our products. If your instrument fails during this period due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with no questions asked.

Replacement Procedure

If you find a defect in our instrument, please follow the steps below :

Write to us via messenger at the number +38 095 276-51-82.
Provide a photo and video of the defect so that we can consider your request faster.
After the defect is confirmed by our quality department, you send the tool to us by New Post at our expense.
In a day you will receive a new replaced tool.

Our guarantee covers all cases where the tool cannot perform its functions due to defects in materials or workmanship. We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service and quality, so we are always ready to help in case of any problems. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, mechanical damage or wear and tear due to prolonged use. The tool is only replaced if manufacturing defects are found.
