Please note that the recipient of the order is the person who paid for it or the person who provided the Power of Attorney, notarized in the original and a copy (for self-delivery, the copy must be given to the storekeeper).
Please note that the delivery service of the Order is paid by the buyer, according to the tariffs of the carrier company (the post-paid service is also paid according to the tariffs of the transport company). When registering the cargo, we must specify the insurance amount of the parcel, which corresponds to the value of the order - in the event that the cargo was damaged during transportation, the Buyer can claim compensation from the transport company.
Please note that claims regarding order completion are accepted only at the moment of its receipt: during pick-up (in the presence of a storekeeper); when receiving the transport company (in the presence of an employee of the carrier company); or when delivered by courier (in the presence of the courier).
To solve the issue of order completion, it is necessary to contact the manager: +38 095 276-51-82. It is necessary to have a document that indicates the receipt of the cargo, indicating the number of seats received. If the order was not complete, we will send the missing products at our expense or refund the money for the undelivered product.
You can return products that did not suit you within 14 days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine or refuse to receive them, indicating the reason for refusal.
- The product has not been used and has no signs of use;
- The product does not have scratches, chips, abrasions, cracks;
- The product type is saved - ie. all stickers and other accessories of the product remain intact, the product is fully assembled, packed;
- All documents for the product (receipt or sales receipt confirming the purchase), factory markings and packaging are present.

You can refuse to receive an order by informing the storekeeper of the reason for refusal.
If you paid for the order on the website
You received the product, but it did not suit you, you need to download the application form from the site, fill it in (indicating your data, the reason for the return and the details for the refund (please note that the request for a refund can be made only by the person who paid this order), an application with an invoice and a PRO check must be sent together with the goods according to the specified details. The money will be returned within 5 working days from the moment of receipt of the return. Delivery costs The return is paid by the buyer, in the event that the Customer has not paid for the service Transport company for the return of products - this amount will be deducted from the amount previously paid for the order (except in cases of return of the production marriage, in which case the return is made at the expense of the manufacturer).
If the order was paid by you using bank details

In the event that when placing an order, you chose delivery with a cash on delivery service
You have the opportunity to refuse to receive an order from the Transport Company by notifying the employee at the time of reviewing the order. In this case, an employee of our organization will contact you to clarify the reasons for the refusal. In this case, the return of the order is carried out at our expense.
In case of sending the goods with address delivery service by Courier
You can refuse to receive the goods by announcing the reason for the refusal to the Courier and arranging for a return delivery.
Complaints regarding the completion of an order paid through the Liqpay service or using bank details, you can:
- Abandon the parcel. We will refund the money spent, excluding carrier services, within 5 banking days.
- Pick up the package, fill out the application and send it to us. After completing the application, please contact our manager so that we can return the difference in the incomplete products. Refunds are made within 5 banking days.
- Pick up the parcel, fill out a return application and send it to us. After completing the application, please, and we will send you the missing products.
- Return the package. You complete the return shipment at the post office, complete the application for return, and attach the application to the package. Please contact our manager after shipping. We will complete the order and send you a complete set.
